Delivery policy

Our delivery policy ensures prompt and reliable service. We strive to dispatch orders within 1 week of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 1-2 weeks.

We provide tracking details for real-time updates. In the rare event of delays, we'll communicate transparently. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours for swift resolution. We prioritize customer satisfaction, offering hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Items shipped outside of Spain will be subject to export requirements that may delay shipment. We strive to ensure this process happens as fast as possible, But it is out of our control.

If you have purchased an original painting for the current running exhibition, we will not dispatch the artwork until the end of the exhibition.
