Ségolène Carron

27 MARCH – 31 MARCH 2025

Graphic designer and illustrator, Ségolène Carron constantly seeks to renew her graphic language by experimenting with various artistic techniques (watercolor, pencil, engraving, linocut, ink, cyanotypes, ceramics). In a dreamlike and poetic style, she shares her reflections with us. Without limiting herself to a specific theme, she reinvents herself to explore topics such as feminism, humanism, contemplation, and travel... building bridges between different artistic practices. She has followed this adage for several years:“Man is like water; when it stagnates, it rots.” For her, movement is an essential value that applies to all aspects of life. In her work, she constantly seeks to learn and evolve, refusing to be trapped in a rigid routine. On a personal level, she cultivates discovery, whether through travel, encounters, or new experiences. Even in her thinking, she avoids absolute certainties, preferring a mindset in constant evolution. Because to move forward, change, and adapt is to stay alive.Ségolène Carron has exhibited three times in Paris at Ground Control (12th arrondissement), a multidisciplinary and independent cultural space that holds a unique place in the Parisian landscape.
